Start with a New Image, (I used 450 x 100), with a black background.

Add text, (if using black as a background make the text white like I did) Choose a bulky text, I used Arial MT Black/Bold/ 65, but any bold fat text will do.

Select image | other | emboss.

Add Noise. image/noise/add, with settings of 80% and Uniform.

Select image | blur | motion blur Set the degrees to 180 and the pixels to 5.

Then choose colors | colorize, setting the Hue to 15 and Saturation to 95.

Select images | other | hot wax coating. (Be sure that your foreground color is still set to white or you may have some strange results that don't resemble this tutorial.

Choose colors | adjust | highlight.midtone.shadow
Settings:

• highlight="26
• midtone="40"
• shadow="0"

One more hot wax coating, (image | other | hot wax coating), with the foreground color still set to white.
