• Create or load a textured background.
• Click on COLORS/INCREASE COLOR DEPTH and if the image is not 16 Million, then click on 16 Million.

• Click on MASK/NEW/EMPTY
• Click on MASK/EDIT
• Set your foreground color to grey, 128,128,128
• Set your background color to white, 255,255,255
  • NoteThe lighter the color, the more of your texture will show through the mask.
• Using the grey first, click on the "A" to bring up the text window.
• Check antialias and floating.
• type some text and click ok.
• position it on your screen
• Right mouse click to unselect the text

• Change the foreground color from grey to white
• Left mouse click to bring up the text screen again and just click on ok
• Position the text to one side of the existing text on your screen
• Right mouse click to clear the selection

• Click on MASK and uncheck EDIT
• Click on VIEW/THROUGH MASK
• Click on MASK/INVERT
• Adjust the BRIGHTNESS to -100 (minus 100)
• Click on MASK/INVERT again
• Save

• You can also set the background transparency
