The Ultimate WWW Spot

- File, New (size unimportant, 16 mill. colors, background white or the closest color to your page background)
- Foreground color: R = 0, G = 0, B = 0
- Background color: R = 255, G = 0, B = 0
- On the menubar, click the texttool
- Font attributes = Impact, 36 (not important, make your own choices)
- Type your text and click OK (make sure antialias and floating are checked)

outline 02 - Place your text where you want it
- Selections, Modify, Feather: 20
- Click OK

outline 03 - Edit, Copy
- Press Delete (del) about 6 times

outline 04 - Edit, Paste, Into Selection
