1. Create an image (any size is OK) it should be 16 million colors of
course.
2. Now Type some text (Any font, and size that you want ot use is OK)
(make sure Antialias and Floating is not checked).
3. Now go to Image / Special Effects / Cutout
4. Cutout settings: Fill in color should be unchecked. Shadow set to
black,
Opacity is 255, and Blur 36. Vertical and Horizontal should be -3 (minus
3)
5. Now set the foreground color to R=141, G=245, B=188.
6. Now go to Image / Special Effects / Hot Wax Coating
7. If it is too dark for you adjust the brightness, and contrast.
8. You can also make transparent GIFs, as titles for the Web Pages.
