Start a new Image and write what ever text you want with whatever
font/size. Have the color green so you later on can have it hot!
Choose Selections/Modify/Feather and about 6%.
Choose green background color
Click delete about 7 times.
Write the text again with any colour you
like.
Put it in the middile of the old text.
DO NOT DESELECT.
Choose the
plug in: Greg´s Factory Output II/ Sine Blobs III.
Make 0 red 0 blue and 255 green.
Click OK.
Deselect
Choose the plug in Ecosse/False 3 colors.
VIOLA! Your hot Text!
