1. Create a new 16 million colors image with white background.
2. Type the text (Floating, and Antialias must be unchecked).
Note: The larger to font is the more texture will be seen.
3. Apply cutout to the text with these settings:
Vertical, and Horizontal = Negative Three (-3)
Opacity 255, Blur 36, Shadow Black, no Interior Color.
Note: Apply the cutout no more than once.
4. In color palette choose this foreground color:
R=141, G=245, B=188.
5. Go to: Image/Special Effects/Hot Wax Coating (Apply it).
6. Use any Pool Shadow Filter, (I used Greg's Output Filters: Pool
Shadow 1)
apply it; settings may vary for different effects.
7. Use Greg's Output Filters and apply Colorize Filter.
Note: Filters could be downloaded right here on PSP site.
8. Only adjust Blue to 106, do not adjust anything else.
9. Now save it...you can save it as a Transparent GIF, and
use it on your WEB Page.
