1110001
0000001
0001001
0011100
1001000
1000000
1000111
Div=9 Bias=0

Start with a new image, black bground, white foreground. 16 Million colors.

invert add shadow again Invert selection (Selection/Invert)
Apply same drop shadow, (then change your colors back to White over Black, if necessary)

apply filter Invert selection again Apply the User Defined filter described above Invert Selection again

apply filter again Apply User Defined Filter again

hot wax Hot Wax coating (Image/Special/HotWax) (make sure your colors are still White over Black!) Invert Selection again (#4, for the counters out there)

hot wax again Hot Wax again

sharpen more Sharpen More (Image/Normal/SharpenMore) ** twice ** Invert Selection Sharpen More twice
