1. Create a new 16 million colors image with white background.
2. Type the text (Floating, and Anti alias must be unchecked). Note:
The larger to font is the more texture will be seen.
3. Apply cutout twice to the text with these settings: Vertical, and
Horizontal = Negative Three (-3) Opacity 255, Blur 36, Shadow
lime green (0, 255, 0) , and no Interior Color.
4. In color palette choose White as a foreground color.
5. Hot wax the text twice and you're done
If you want the green brighter apply cutout (with the same attribs.)
again at the end.
