1. Start a "NEW" Image.

*16.7 million colors
*Background color - Black/or any dark color

2. Place the Foreground color to a light gray color
*RED=204, BLUE=204, GREEN=204, HUE=160, SAT=0, LUM=192

3. Apply text with the foreground color
* Use a fairly large size, this one is in "IMPACT"- Bold, size "42" (I used Template/ 48. lbc)
(Have AntiLias & Floating CHECKED)
*Leave text selected...

4. Add "NOISE" - Random & 50%
*Leave it selected....

5. Dilate the text.
* Leave text selected...

6. Apply Hot wax coating

7. Apply "COLORIZE"
*HUE:185, SAT:100

8. Apply "CUTOUT"
*NO interior color
*Shadow color - White
*Opacity: 120, Blur: 5
*Vert & Hor: 3

9. Apply "CUTOUT" again
*No interior
*Shadow color - Black
*Opacity: 120, Blur: 5
*Vert & Hor: (-3) negative three

10. Sharpen
