If you like animated texts as much as I, you can make an ok 4-frame animation with this text by making two more images with the same text, and making some changes in step 3....

In the second image, replace step 3's settings with the following: In the 2nd image change the X setting in the shatter filter to 130...

In the third image, replace step 3's settings with the following: In the 3rd image change the X setting to 123 and Y to 81 in the shatter filter...

Complete the tutorial with the new image and set the results to one side. When you are done, you should have three almost completed images, all slightly different.

Select the first image and use Colors-"Decrease Color Depth"-256,

Palatte:Optimized
Reduction Method: Nearest Color
Options: None.
Save the pallate

Load it in the other two images(make sure the other images were colorized as the first).
Save the images as gifs and load then into an Animated Gif Editor with the 1st image as Frame 1, the 2nd image as Frames 2 and 4, and the 3rd image as frame 3. Use a Frame Speed of 350 milliseconds (35/100ths) or more...
