Start with a new image and make the background black.
Set the color for your text at 198-198-2
Type in your text
Select Images/Special Effects/Hot Wax Coating.
Add a hot wax coating still using the gold color
Note: Changing the foreground color before adding the hot wax coating changes the effect.
Go to histogram functions and then stretch the histogram for your final
results.
Colorize at 45 to make the gold brighter.
