add text Open a photograph, computer generated graphic or image of your choice.

Add your text, make sure Floating is deselected. Using the Button Button font from Astigmatic One Eye Freeware Fonts type a lower case 'm'. For the example, I used bold/font size 150

Do not deselect the image selection.

Select the background color on the color palette, setting it to the color that is closest to your webpage color if you want the finished product to be a transparency.

copy_paste Press CTRL+C to copy your selection, and CTRL+V to paste it to a new window. (Note: The new window will now have your background color).

Add a small border with the background color. (This just makes it easier to make a selection with the magic wand). Select the background color with the magic wand, press Shift+V on your keyboard to reverse the selection.

Using the eyedropper, pick up a color to be used later for a drop shadow. Set it to the background color in the color palette and set the foreground color to white.

(Make sure your foreground color is still set to white). Apply a hot wax coating.
